Shipping & Returns
We offer either UPS or USPS to ship your order. Orders selecting UPS Ground or 2nd Day will be delivered by UPS. High value orders over $250 will ship via UPS and will be billed at UPS GroundRates.
UPS shipping options are billed at actual UPS rates.

UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days
Express UPS 2nd Day: 2-Business Days
International Express: UPS 3-5 Business Days

We use UPS International Shipping. Our rates are pulled directly from UPS’s system in real time.
Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Customs departments of other countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments.Such fees are variable and you should contact your country’s customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment.Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.
We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting SexPlayThingStore.com first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 14 days of sale.
Items purchased online and at our retail locations cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. All returns must be pre-approved, so please contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization number for quicker processing.
Damages & Shortages
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to sexplaythingstore.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Glass, Stainless Steel, Metal or Wood items
We cannot process any returns, exchanges, or credits without hearing from you first and giving you a Return Authorization #.
We cannot process any returns that are dirty, badly broken, or obviously tampered with due to health and sanitary reasons.
We do not send replacement orders for issues with Customs. We cannot send replacement items unless we have spoken with you and confirmed if it is indeed due to a defective product.
